- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank Transfers.
- Prepayment Terms Hooley Bookings:
- Prepayments for our Hooley bookings are requested at time of booking. Full refund if cancelled 14 days before the event.
- Cancellations 13 days – 5 days ahead of the event can be allocated to another date
- Cancellations less than 5 days ahead of the booked date is non-feundable
- Prepayment Terms Invoices:
- Prepayments for events or venue hire are non-refundable with no exceptions.
- Non-Refundable Prepayments: Some services or products require prepayment, and these prepayments are non-refundable.
- Our Cancellations: On very rare occasions, we may need to cancel bookings. These cancellations will be fully refundable.
- Taxes and Fees: All prices listed on our website are in euro and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
