The information required (see below 1-15) needs to be sent to us in an email, that information will be used to list you in the payroll system, the clocking system and the communication App used by staff and management.

All positions are on one site, no split shifts, flexible rosters, time off requests noted, weekly pay, good hourly rates DoE, full contracts for all positions minimum 6 months trial period for all staff.

(NB: our working week runs Monday to Sunday, payroll initiates the following Monday for the previous week, pay arrives in your bank on or before the Friday depending with whom you bank).
Types of jobs we frequently advertise are:
Bar Server (requires experience and good oral English).
Bar lounger (training will be given, English required).
Restaurant Server (requires experience and very good oral and written English).
Senior Grill Chef – Cooking main courses for the a la carte and table d’hote menus as well as functions, serving at “the pass” on occasions.
Chef Tournant/Sous Chef – able to cover every area in the kitchen, guide CdPs and Comis and assistants, control HACCP, stock take and place daily orders.
Night Chef – able to cook all base sauces, stocks, stews and slow cook meats overnight for the day shift.
Chef de Partie – Control single section (function, cold counter, stocks/soups, bakery etc).
Comis Chef – support all senior chefs, help with stock rotation and food preparation.
Kitchen Assistant – similar to comis chef but not creating dishes for customers, all prep work to support the chefs.
Kitchen Porter – Washing of delph, pots, pans etc and all kitchen cleaning (no food handling).
